Two abstracts published in The Journal of Urology.

Llusern Scientific was pleased that two abstracts assessing the Lodestar UTI testing panel in clinical settings were published in the AUA’s The Journal of Urology this month (May 2026).

The researchers found that Lodestar DX “demonstrated strong performance as a rapid and reliable alternative to standard MC&S and dipstick” and resulted in “meaningful improvements in management.”

The team from The Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust, which included Professor Bob Yang, Saif Kazi and Clemence Musabyimana, presented posters based on the abstracts at the annual AUA congress in Washington (15-18 May) to an audience of international urologists.
